About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and creative Influencer Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing influencers across finance, trading, crypto, and business communities. You will own the complete influencer campaign lifecycle—from outreach and collaboration to campaign execution and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and shortlist relevant influencers across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other social platforms.
Reach out to influencers, negotiate collaborations, and build long-term relationships.
Coordinate influencer campaigns from planning to execution.
Prepare campaign briefs, timelines, and deliverables.
Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Track campaign performance, engagement, reach, and ROI.




Maintain an updated influencer database with campaign history and performance metrics.
Coordinate with internal marketing and creative teams for campaign execution.
Stay updated with industry trends and identify current influencer opportunities.

Required Skills
1–3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing or Digital Marketing.
Strong understanding of influencer marketing platforms and social media trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience managing influencer collaborations and campaigns.
Strong relationship management and stakeholder coordination skills.
Good analytical skills with the ability to measure campaign performance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for campaign tracking.
Experience in finance, fintech, crypto, or event marketing is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Meta platforms.
