Role & Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Architecture:
- Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of scalable, secure, and cloud-optimized .NET applications on Azure.
- Technical Leadership:
- Mentor and guide developers, conduct code reviews, ensure best practices, and drive continuous improvement within the team.

Azure Cloud Development:
- Design and implement cloud-native solutions using Azure services such as App Services, Functions, Storage, Azure SQL, API Management, Key Vault, and Azure DevOps pipelines.

Application Development:
- Lead development efforts using .NET Core, C#, MVC, Web API, Razor Pages, and associated frameworks.

Project Delivery:
- Oversee end-to-end development, deployment, and release cycles while ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Collaboration & Requirement Analysis:
- Work with business stakeholders, product owners,



and architects to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

DevOps & CI/CD:
- Manage CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, oversee version control, and enforce productive release management.

Performance & Security:
- Ensure applications meet performance benchmarks, security standards, and compliance requirements.

Troubleshooting & Optimization:
- Identify technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective measures to enhance system reliability.

Documentation & Communication:
- Maintain high-quality documentation for architecture, design, and development activities.
- Communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
