Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development for Solar PV Modules and Solar Inverters across the West Region. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding channel partnerships, managing key accounts, and developing new business opportunities across Maharashtra and Gujarat.
The ideal candidate should possess strong relationships with EPC companies, solar developers, distributors, system integrators, industrial customers, and government project contractors within the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify and develop current business opportunities for Solar PV Modules, String Inverters, Hybrid Inverters, and Energy Storage Solutions.
Generate business from EPC contractors, solar developers, C&I; customers,



rooftop installers, industrial clients, and government projects.
Develop and implement territory-specific sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build long-term relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
Channel & Distribution Management
Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, channel partners, and system integrators across Maharashtra and Gujarat.
Expand market coverage by identifying new channel partners and strengthening existing relationships.
Conduct dealer meetings, product demonstrations, and training programs.
Key Account Management
Manage strategic customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, payment conditions, and annual business agreements.
Drive repeat business and long-term customer engagement.
Sales Operations
Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and pricing strategies.
Maintain a healthy sales pipelin
