We are seeking an ambitious and technically inclined Business Development Executive with an MBA and a basic understanding of engineering plastics and polymer materials to drive business growth in the engineering plastics market. The successful candidate will identify recent business opportunities, develop strategic customer relationships, and promote our portfolio of engineering thermoplastics, recycled engineering plastics, custom compounds, and sustainable material solutions.
The ideal candidate should possess strong commercial acumen along with the ability to understand customer applications and recommend appropriate engineering plastic solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Develop new business opportunities across industries including automotive, electrical & electronics, industrial equipment, consumer products, medical devices, appliances, and packaging.
Identify and qualify prospective OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, molders, extruders, and distributors.
Generate leads through networking, trade shows, technical seminars,



and digital marketing initiatives.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share.

Technical Sales Support
Gain a thorough understanding of the company's portfolio of engineering plastics including:
Polyamide (PA6, PA66)
Polypropylene (PP)
Polycarbonate (PC)
PBT
ABS
PC/ABS
Glass Fiber Reinforced Compounds
Mineral Filled Compounds
Flame Retardant Grades
Impact Modified Grades
Sustainable & Recycled Engineering Plastics
Understand customer applications and recommend suitable material solutions based on performance requirements.

Market Intelligence
Monitor trends in engineering plastics, recycled polymers, sustainability initiatives, and regulatory developments.
Analyze competitor products, pricing, and market positioning.
Identify emerging applications where engineering plastics can replace traditional materials.
