MSN Realty is seeking a hands-on Brand Marketing Manager to lead on-ground brand experience for our flagship luxury residential development in Hyderabad. This role owns everything that brings the brand to life in the physical world — events, BTL activations, sponsorships, ATL and print/outdoor advertising, site and experience centre branding — while managing the vendor and creative agency ecosystem that delivers it. We're looking for a creative thinker who is equally solid in execution: someone who can conceptualize a premium brand moment and then personally see it through to flawless delivery on site.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Events, BTL & Sponsorships
Plan and execute end-to-end events across the customer journey — project launches, channel partner meets, NRI events, customer engagement evenings, and site-visit experiences — ensuring every touchpoint reflects a premium, global-city brand tone.




Own BTL activations including mall/corporate activations, roadshows, and community engagement initiatives that build qualified footfall and brand recall.
Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic sponsorships (industry events, lifestyle properties, associations) that align with the luxury positioning of MSN Realty.
Manage event budgets, logistics, vendor coordination, and post-event reporting, with a strong eye for guest experience and on-ground execution quality.
ATL, Print & Outdoor Advertising
Plan and manage ATL campaigns across traditional media and digital-out-of-home in coordination with media planning agencies.
Develop and execute print advertising strategy across newspapers, magazines, and premium lifestyle publications.
Lead outdoor advertising planning — hoardings, airport media, transit and premium OOH sites — including site selection, creative rollout, and performance tracking.
