* Enterprise operations leader: 15+ years of global operations leadership in
BPM, IT services, Insurance industry (with focus on F&A; Operations)
* P&L; and growth orientation: Proven accountability for large-scale P&L;,
revenue growth, margin expansion, and strategic client partnerships.
* Insurance domain depth: Deep expertise across the insurance finance value
chain, including general ledger & record-to-report (R2R),financial close &
consolidation, premium accounting, claims accounting, reinsurance accounting,
statutory & regulatory reporting, management reporting and FP&A.; Robust
understanding of insurance financial statements, reserving principles,
regulatory requirements, and accounting standards (US GAAP, IFRS 17,
Statutory Accounting principles). Ability to partner with CFO organizations
and support carrier-specific finance operations.
