Responsibilities
- Lead Coupa implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful deployment of solutions.
- Collaborate with business leaders and end-users across multiple teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional Coupa configurations.
- Configure and manage Coupa modules, including CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) and RPMA (Request, Purchase, and Invoice Management Automation).
- Support and enhance vendor management processes within Coupa, ensuring accurate onboarding, compliance, and performance tracking.
- Conduct testing, validation, and troubleshooting of Coupa workflows to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide training and guidance to business users to maximize adoption and effective use of Coupa.
- Document processes, configurations, and best practices to support long-term system maintenance and improvements.
