Role & Responsibilities:
Test Automation Development:
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium or WebdriverIO with Java/JavaScript.
- Automate workflows and processes specifically within Pega applications.
Test Execution Across Phases:
- Code automated tests for Feature Testing, System Testing, and Integrated Systems Testing phases.
- Perform functional, end-to-end, and regression testing using both manual and automated methods.
API & Middleware Testing:
- Work with Web Services and API testing tools to validate backend integrations.
- Test middleware integration platforms and ensure seamless data flow across systems.
Requirements Analysis:
- Interpret business and technical requirements to create accurate, robust test scenarios and automation scripts.
Issue Investigation:
- Identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and work closely with development teams to drive resolutions.
CI/CD & Source Control:
- Collaborate in continuous integration/continuous deployment environments.
- Use source code management tools for version control of test scripts and automation frameworks.
