Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Gasoline system Calibration Expert to lead and support Base & Emission calibration activities across the product development lifecycle, with a strong focus on gasoline, CNG & flex fuel engine or vehicle emission calibration.
In this role, you will work closely with OEM customers, project teams, and cross-functional engineering stakeholders to develop vehicles and support successful project delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled who combines deep technical expertise with strong stakeholder engagement.




Key Responsibilities
Lead interactions with OEM customers and drive execution of Gasoline / CNG / Flex fuel functional calibration plan throughout the project lifecycle.
Review design and development artifacts to identify safety risks and define appropriate mitigation plans.
Engage and influence customer-side program and engineering stakeholders to align on safety expectations and project deliverables.
Support customer visits, project status reviews, and reporting activities, while contributing to project acquisition discussions.
Coach, mentor, and support project teams on functional calibration methods, processes, and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
8 to 10 years of relevant work experience
Experienced in technically leading / working on calibration development projects
Experience in calibrating torque-based control systems (gasoline and diesel) including emissions and climate devel
