Minimum 4+ years of experience in Windows Administration, its performance and in-depth analysis of logs including customer-facing or customer support roles.
Willingness to work night shifts, with most of the support aligned to the EST time zone.
Ability to handle technically complex and sensitive customer situations with professionalism.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Effectively engage with customers to gather information promptly, clarify customer responsibilities in resolving complex issues, and provide timely updates to customers and stakeholders.
As a Support Engineer, resolve challenging customer issues and provide support through calls, email, and chat channels.
Robust troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve customer issues effectively.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
