About The Role
We're representing a boutique financial services advisory firm operating across the Middle East and India — a high-stakes, high-trust business where the quality of leadership at the top directly shapes client outcomes. The CEO is a seasoned operator who travels extensively across both regions and is looking for an Executive Coach who can keep pace with that world. This is not a structured corporate coaching programme. It's a real partnership — ongoing, adaptive, and built around the demands of someone who leads at the highest level.

What You'd Own
Provide regular one-on-one executive coaching to the CEO — structured sessions and on-call support as needed
Act as a thinking partner on leadership challenges, decision-making, stakeholder dynamics, and personal effectiveness
Help the CEO navigate the complexity of operating across two distinct business cultures — Middle East and India
Support through periods of high pressure: board conversations, significant transactions,



team challenges, and strategic pivots
Offer honest, independent perspective — the kind that isn't available from inside the organisation
Track progress on development goals and hold the CEO accountable to what they've committed to
Travel to meet the CEO in person across Dubai, India, and relevant client markets as required

What You'll Bring
Accredited executive coach with 8+ years of coaching experience at C-suite or senior leadership level
Deep understanding of financial services, qualified services, or advisory environments — you can hold a conversation about the business, not just the person
Experience coaching across cross-cultural or international contexts; familiarity with Middle East and/or South Asian business culture is a strong advantage
Proven ability to build trust and rapport quickly with high-performing, high-pressure leaders
Comfortable with ambiguity and a non-linear coaching rela
