We are currently seeking an experienced qualified to join our team in the role of Lead Analyst, Financial Operations
In this role, you will:
Cost Management: As financial SME for the department, assume ownership of all aspects of cost reporting (direct costs, recovery charges, budget interlock, and target setting),



acting as an independent challenge authority and influencing decision-making to ensure that Technology as a service is delivered on budget and stretch-targets are met.
Performance Management: Support the monitoring of direct and indirect cost performance, helping to identify risks and opportunities, contribute to the preparation and review of financial plans, forecasts, and headcount reports, help track consultancy and third-party spend, ensuring compliance with guidelines, support the implementation of cost-saving initiatives and monitor progress against targets.
Business Management & Operational Effectiveness: Provide high-quality Management Information (MI) to support decision-making at the LoB/sub-function level, assist with business management activities, including performance tracking, people engagement, and process improvement, handle complex operational demands and develop sustainable processes to strengthen budget, forecast, financial management, and reporting capabilities
