Job Placement Facilitation: Work closely with STAENZ Academy’s students to understand their career aspirations and job preferences.
Act as a mediator between students and potential employers to facilitate successful job placements.
Industry Research: Stay updated with the current job market trends, industry requirements, and employer expectations to align our students’ skills with the latest industry demands.
Resume and Portfolio Enhancement: Assist students in crafting effective resumes, cover letters, and portfolios that highlight their strengths, experiences, and accomplishments.
Soft Skills Training: Conduct comprehensive soft skills training sessions for students, focusing on communication, teamwork, problem-solving, time management, and other essential workplace skills.
Interview Preparation: Design and deliver interview preparation workshops, mock interviews, and constructive feedback sessions to help students perform confidently during job interviews.
