Mandatory
· Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Database Administration.
· Strong experience with Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, high availability, backup,
recovery, and disaster recovery concepts.
· Proven expertise in database performance tuning, troubleshooting, patching,
upgrades, and migrations.
· Experience managing production Oracle database environments in enterprise or
customer-facing support settings.
· Strong understanding of database monitoring, incident management, problem
management, and operational best practices.
· Ability to work independently across IC2 to IC4-level responsibilities,
depending on experience and technical depth.
· Willingness to work in rotational shifts and provide weekend support as
required.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
