Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with solid experience in domestic IT staffing. The candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth across India.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new clients for IT staffing services (Contract / Permanent / C2H)
Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, references, and networking
Understand client requirements and convert them into business opportunities
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Build and maintain long-term client relationships




Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of candidates
Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and pricing
Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
Track market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–6 years of experience in IT Staffing Business Development (Domestic Market)
Strong network with hiring managers, HRs, or decision-makers in India
Proven track record of client acquisition and revenue generation
Good understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring trends
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in staffing firms or recruitment agencies
Exposure to working with portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
Ability to bring immediate business opportunities
