About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Graphic Design Lead who combines deep senior-level
graphic-design craft with real team leadership. You will lead a team of 3–5 designers, own
graphic-design output across 5–6 concurrent projects, and personally set the standard through your own work. This is a hands-on leader role — you will still design directly on the most important work — not a pure management seat. You should be genuinely strong across everything a senior graphic designer should know — brand systems,



marketing and social creative, campaign visuals, decks, print, and digital — with real, current fluency in Figma and the up-to-date AI design toolstack. Prior experience in an IT / SaaS / product company matters here: the visual language of technology brands is specific, and we want someone who already speaks it.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
• Lead a team of 3–5 designers — set priorities, review work, hold the quality bar, and support their growth.
• Allocate design capacity across 5–6 concurrent projects; balance load and remove blockers.
• Set clear expectations, run reviews, and give useful feedback.
• Grow the team’s craft, brand fluency, and speed over time.
Design Craft & Standards
• Personally own the most important, most visible design work — lead by doing.
• Set and hold the graphic-design quality bar across the team: layout, typography, hierarchy, colour, and craft.
