Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Domestic Recruiter with 1–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for domestic hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates across various industries and job functions while ensuring timely closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end domestic recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and update ATS/recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Negotiate salary and assist in offer rollout and onboarding.
- Ensure recruitment targets and turnaround time (TAT)

- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.

Required Skills
- 1–5 years of experience in Domestic Recruitment.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and interview coordination skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment life cycle and hiring processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and rapid-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in IT, Non-IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, Healthcare, BFSI, or BPO hiring is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
