Shift Timing:-12:30 PM-3:30 am

Education:
Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream- MBA, M Com, B Com, BBA

Must Have Skills:
5+ years of experience in FnA - GL activities
Review of Close functions, Balance Sheet analysis, complex Journals e.g. Revenue Recognition, Reporting, Dashboards, Open items resolution, Month Close meetings with Retained team, Training team members, daily reporting, continuous improvement
Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
Interaction with the client - Governance calls
SLA adherence
Functional working experience in ERPs like Oracle preferred

Good to Have:-




Expertise in Core Accounting like Balance sheet, Month close, tech, tools
Complex Accounting
Project Exp on Process Improvements
Excellent communication skills
MS Office skills

100% WFO (work from office)
Willing to work in night and rotational shifts.
