About the Role
As a Business Development Intern, you'll be at the frontline of Propel's institutional partnerships strategy. You'll work directly with the Sales & Partnerships team to identify, connect with, and build relationships with senior stakeholders across colleges and universities — playing a key role in expanding Propel's institutional network.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with senior stakeholders (Deans, Placement Heads, Directors)



at colleges and universities
- Support end-to-end institutional partnership initiatives, from outreach to relationship management
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on business leads through calls, emails, and meetings
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and lead status using CRM/tracking tools
- Collaborate closely with the Sales & Partnerships team on pitch preparation and follow-ups
- Assist in market research to identify current institutional partnership opportunities
- Participate in review discussions and share updates on pipeline progress

Who Can Apply
- Fresh graduates or final-year students (any stream)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi
- Strong interest in Sales, Business Development, or Institutional Partnerships
- Comfortable with cold outreach and stakeholder conversations
- Self-starter with good organizational and follow-up skills
