Role Description The Showroom Associate role at Hello Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. In this role, the associate greets visitors, guides customers through products and services, answers questions, and provides clear information to support purchasing decisions. The associate maintains product displays, ensures the showroom is clean and organized, and keeps inventory areas tidy and well-stocked. Daily tasks include handling basic sales transactions, preparing invoices or order forms,



coordinating with the sales or operations team, and updating records as needed. The role also involves following company procedures, supporting promotional activities, and delivering consistent, courteous customer service to all visitors.
Qualifications
