Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Direct and manage large-scale IT projects from inception to completion (End-To-End), ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including senior leadership, business partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Risk and Issue Management: Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively. Implement effective risk management strategies and contingency plans.
- Resource and Team Management: Optimize resource utilization, balancing personnel, technology, and budget constraints.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce rigorous quality standards and procedures to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed expectations. Conduct regular project evaluations and post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned.
- Reporting and Documentation:



Produce and deliver detailed project status reports and dashboards to senior management and stakeholders, along with organizing and presenting in steercos. Maintain comprehensive and accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in information technology, or a related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in End-to-End IT project management.
- Proven experience managing projects involving multiple technologies and systems.
- Demonstrated proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Scrum practices and leading Scrum teams.
