About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, lead generation, and event registrations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with email automation tools, audience segmentation, and campaign performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Create, schedule, and manage email marketing campaigns from start to finish.
Build and maintain audience lists with proper segmentation.
Develop automated email workflows and nurture campaigns.
Perform A/B testing on subject lines, email content, and send times.
Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, CTR, conversions, and deliverability.
Maintain database hygiene by removing inactive contacts and managing subscriber lists.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create engaging email content.
Generate regular campaign performance reports and recommend improvements.
Ensure emails follow branding guidelines and industry best practices.
Required Skills
1–3 years of experience in Email Marketing or CRM Marketing.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Mailchimp, Mailgun, or similar email marketing platforms.
Strong knowledge of audience segmentation and email automation.
Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
Valuable understanding of email deliverability and list management.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
