Job Description

Due to continued project awards, FPC Global is seeking a Mechanical Quality Assurance Engineer with demonstrable experience delivering Tier III / Tier IV-aligned data center cooling and mechanical infrastructure.

This role is accountable for the planning, execution, and technical leadership of mechanical commissioning activities across complex mission-critical facilities,



ensuring systems meet design intent, availability objectives, redundancy requirements, and operational readiness criteria, in accordance with Uptime Institute, ASHRAE, and applicable international standards.

The position is highly site-focused and requires hands-on leadership through Integrated Systems Testing (IST), including failure mode, redundancy, and fault tolerance validation.

Key Responsibilities

Mechanical Commissioning Leadership

Lead end-to-end commissioning of mission-critical mechanical systems including:

Chilled water and condenser water systems

Air-cooled and water-cooled chillers

Cooling towers and heat rejection systems

CRAH / CRAC units and in-row cooling

AHUs, FCUs and pressurisation systems

Pumps, valves, controls and associated plant

Integrated Systems Testing (IST)

Develop and execute mechanical IST strategies and scripts aligned with Uptime Institute methodolog
