Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced General Manager – Accounts to lead and oversee the organization's finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in managing large-scale corporate financial operations, including handling balance sheets of ₹800 crore or above, ensuring statutory compliance, driving financial planning, and leading a high-performing accounts team.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the complete Finance & Accounts function of the organization.
• Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and balance sheets.
• Must have hands-on experience handling balance sheets of ₹800 crore or above.
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and all other statutory regulations.
• Supervise month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, bankers,



and regulatory authorities.
• Prepare MIS reports, financial dashboards, and management reports for senior leadership.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and fund management.
• Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards, internal controls, and financial policies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Accounts & Finance team.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and financial control mechanisms.
• Support management with strategic financial decision-making and business planning.
• Required Skills
• Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Financial Reporting, and Balance Sheet Finalization.
• Expertise in Budgeting, Cost Control, Fund Management, and Statutory Compliance.
• Experience in handling large-volume corporate accounts.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, ERP Systems, Advanced MS Excel,
