We are seeking an IT Recruiter to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, specifically within the IT sector, and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and facilitating the hiring process for various technical positions.
Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates using various recruitment methods including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Maintain a database of candidates and track recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process.

Skills and Qualifications
