- JOB PURPOSE:

Develop, maintain, and improve a Demand Plan for a portfolio of products and align this plan with internal and external customers through the S&OP; Process to ensure 100% product availability.
Responsible for all forecasting activities associated with products and distributions. Develop and Maintain forecast models for local and export portfolio and incorporate business intelligence and forecast information gathered from sales, marketing, finance, warehousing, logistics and operations.

- Collect and organize historical data that should serve as basis for demand plan and forecast assumptions/.
- Ensure reliability of collected data and information before applying in collective analysis.
- Gather assumption of sales and operational events that shall have impact in shaping the demand and forecast numbers. Make sure that these information are validated with corresponding stakeholders.

Manage Weekly, Monthly and Yearly Demand Plan and Forecast
- Monitor and execute a weekly tactical Demand Plan that should be the basis for Production Planning.
- Continuously monitor stocks in terms of Days Cover and identify overstocking and understocking materials.
- Drive and ensure product availability by coordinating with Planning team and providing demand of finished goods items.
- Update Monthly Demand Plan by incorporating sales performance, forecast accuracy, events, trends and seasonality.
- Lead Demand Review Meeting and communicate rolling demand plan and forecast.
- System update of Demand Plan to ensure requisition of materials.
- Execute Yearly Sales Forecast with full collaboration with Sales and Planning team.
- Execute Distribution Requirement Planning per branch level to replenish stocks in order to ensure weekly requirements
