Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Lucknow / Mumbai (On-site)

Job Summary: Secureedge Fintech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and goal-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for field sales as well as tele-calling activities, generating leads, building client relationships, and driving business growth in the fintech and financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and client meetings
Handle outbound and inbound sales calls professionally
Explain company products/services to prospective clients
Convert leads into successful business closures
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain proper follow-ups with interested clients
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and client support




Update sales activities and client interactions in CRM or reporting systems
Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with field sales and calling profiles
Robust convincing and negotiation abilities
Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in sales, fintech, banking, finance, or insurance will be preferred
Eligibility
Graduate/Post Graduate in Business or Management or any relevant discipline
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
