Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end site execution of wind farm projects
Manage WTG erection, civil, electrical, and commissioning activities
Ensure project delivery within schedule, budget, quality, and safety targets
Coordinate with clients, contractors, OEMs, consultants, and local authorities
Drive HSE compliance and promote a solid safety culture
Monitor project progress, resource utilization, and contractor performance

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering

Experience

8-15 years of Wind EPC project execution experience
Minimum 8 years in Wind Energy projects
Strong exposure to WTG installation, commissioning, substations, and transmission infrastructure
