Role Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Software Engineer with solid full-stack development experience and the ability to deliver production-grade software solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in modern web technologies, cloud-native development, AI-assisted coding tools, and database design while being capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and communicating technical concepts clearly.
● Own complete project execution from planning to deployment and post-release support.
● Develop scalable backend services using Python and Node.js.
● Build responsive and high-performance frontend applications using React.js.
● Design, optimize, and maintain relational database schemas and queries.
● Work with containerized applications and Kubernetes (K8S) environments.
● Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and Antigravity to improve engineering productivity.
● Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality software.
● Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
● Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical documentation.
● Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
● Ensure engineering best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines are followed.
