Role Description The Telecaller will work in office in Bengaluru in a full-time capacity, engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone to generate leads, share information about services, and support sales objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, explaining performance marketing solutions, and qualifying prospects based on predefined criteria.



The Telecaller will maintain accurate call records, update CRM systems, and coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure timely follow-up on leads. The role also involves meeting call and conversion targets, handling basic customer queries, and representing Big Growth Digital in a professional and courteous manner.
