Role Summary:
As a Senior Product Manager,
you will proactively drive product development and launches. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives. You will craft and communicate product roadmaps to both internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with UX Design, Engineering, QA, Customer Support, Sales, and Marketing to bring your ideas to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Planning and Execution
Contribute to product strategy and roadmap development
Create, prioritize, and manage product backlogs
Write transparent, detailed user stories and product requirements
Coordinate with development teams to ensure the timely delivery of features
User Research and Analysis
Conduct user interviews and surveys to gather product feedback
Analyze user behaviour data to identify improvement opportunities
Develop and maintain user personas
