JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT
The Poultry Species Lead will contribute to strategy and oversee execution of product line activities for a single product. In this role, you will help design and implement a comprehensive product marketing cycle and guide a team that will identify market potential, establish pricing and market strategies, estimate potential sales, define promotional activities and handle product through phase out.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Lead strategic work for Poultry- Where to Play, How to Win and execution drive with commercial team
Collaborate with Key account team for customer acquisition & Product positioning
Design comprehensive service offering across for species segment and subsegment
Lead and collaborate on Nutrition and other consultancy team lead (Technology application Manager-TAM) like Breeder, Broiler and Layer
Oversee preparation and coordination of product introductions and updates, special focus required on Micro Nutrition & Health Solutions- MHS additives category




Supervise compiling and evaluating research on market product requirements and identify enhancements to current features and functionality.
Coordinate program planning with customers to identify manufacturing schedules, goals, design criteria, costs and similar considerations.
Oversee planning, organization and coordination of assigned programs to accomplish financial and budgetary goals.
Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s/ masters degree in veterinary field related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 8 years of related work experience
Other minimum qualifications may apply
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Two years of supervisory experience
