Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Training & Test Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and managing skill development and testing programs, understanding client requirements, and ensuring the smooth operation of training facilities. This role also involves collaborating with consultants and preparing comprehensive reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Development: Design and prepare various test and skill development programs tailored to client requirements.
- Client Coordination: Understand client needs and customize programs accordingly to meet their expectations.
- Consultant Collaboration: Work closely with consultants to develop and refine skill and test programs.
- Facility Management:



Oversee end-to-end management of the training facility to ensure seamless operations.
- Reporting and MIS: Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed MIS reports to track progress and performance.

Qualifications:
- Robust organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in creating and managing reports.
- Prior experience in training or program development is a plus.
