Pizza 4P’s India is a startup with the soul of a craft kitchen and the ambition of a movement. We are opening our first 2nd stores this year — and over the next 5 years, we will grow to 50 stores across the country, bringing our Earth-to-People philosophy, fresh house-made cheese, and the magic of our handcrafted pizza ovens to one of the world’s most vibrant food cultures.

II. ROLE PURPOSE
The HR Manager leads the full Human Resources agenda for Pizza 4P’s India.



With 2 stores launching this year and a roadmap to scale to 50 stores within 5 years, this role builds the people foundation for rapid expansion — ensuring talent readiness, workforce effectiveness, and full legal compliance from market entry through scale-up. As the company is still at the startup stage, this is a hands-on role: the HR Manager personally executes alongside setting strategy — from screening candidates and running payroll to onboarding the very first store teams — until the function scales.

Reporting to: Country Manager – India
Functional reporting line to: Global People & Culture Division
Scope: Corporate office, all store locations, and the cheese factory across India (currently 2 stores in Bangalore, expanding to 50 nationwide)
