About The Opportunity

Netrix Global is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to support the quoting team by accurately entering, updating, and validating customer quotes within the CRM. This role is responsible for ensuring information is complete, consistent, and processed in a timely manner to support operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and cross-functional workflows.

How You Will Make An Impact

Enter and update quotes in internal systems with a high degree of accuracy.
Review source documents, vendor forms, reports, and system records to verify completeness and consistency.
Identify and correct basic data discrepancies; escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member or manager.
Support recurring operational processes and administrative workflows.
Follow established standard operating procedures and maintain accurate documentation of completed work.
Organize and file electronic records in accordance with department standards.
Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders to clarify missing or incomplete information.
Meet productivity, quality,



and turnaround-time expectations.

What You Will Bring To The Table

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and focus.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to follow documented procedures and ask clarifying questions when needed.
Professional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information appropriately.
Experience working with Salesforce CRM a plus
Prior experience in data entry, operations support, order processing, procurement support, sales support, or administrative support.
Intermediate Excel skills, including filtering, sorting, basic formulas, and data validation.
Experience working in a quick-paced, deadline-driven environment.
