Required Qualifications

Graduate in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent discipline.
Minimum 25 years of experience after graduation with 5+ Years in Metro Rail industry.
Proven experience in contract management, contract administration, and claims management for major Metro Rail, Railway, or other large infrastructure projects.




Experience as a Contract Expert / Chief Contract Expert on at least one Metro Rail project, with sound knowledge of FIDIC conditions of contract, procurement, tendering, dispute resolution, and contract compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the administration and management of project contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, project specifications, and applicable standards.
Review and advise on contractual matters, variations, claims, extensions of time, dispute resolution, and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate with the Client, Contractor, PMC, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective contract execution, timely decision-making, and successful project delivery.
