Avaali is looking for a Technical Architect to lead the end-to-end solution architecture for our Vendor Onboarding and Accounts Payable Automation platform. This is a customer-facing architecture role where you'll translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade solutions for large organizations. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, DevOps, AI/ML, and client stakeholders to design, document, and govern complex enterprise implementations.

Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end solution architecture for client implementations of Avaali's Vendor Onboarding and AP Automation platform.
Design scalable, secure, and highly available architectures for vendor onboarding, invoice processing, OCR, approval workflows, and multi-tenant SaaS/private cloud deployments.
Prepare and maintain architecture documentation including Solution Architecture Documents (SAD), HLDs, LLDs, DFDs, sequence diagrams, and integration specifications.
Design integrations with enterprise applications such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP, identity providers (SSO, OAuth, SAML),



and third-party compliance services.
Define API contracts, integration patterns, message flows, exception handling, and reconciliation mechanisms.
Architect AI-enabled OCR and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) workflows using OCR and LLM technologies.
Participate in architecture governance, security reviews, and compliance discussions with enterprise customers.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, AI teams, and customer stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Support presales solutioning, architecture walkthroughs, and design reviews for enterprise clients.
Ensure solution designs follow best practices for security, scalability, performance, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications
8–12 years of experience in Technical Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Application Architecture.
