Role Description

The Vice President of Human Resources & Administration is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram.

As a head of the HR & admin functions, your role involves leading HR initiatives and overseeing all aspects of human resource practices and processes, including developing strategies to enhance employee engagement,



streamlining HR operations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities also include overseeing employee relations programs, implementing HR technologies, managing employee benefits, and driving the development and execution of HR policies to support the organization's strategic goals.

Apart from HR, the role involves having a strong administration function control by planning the working at manufacturing business units, regular audits, gemba observations and ensuring secure and congenial working for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Human Capital Leadership
Develop and execute the Group's people strategy aligned with business goals (current and future).
Act as a strategic advisor to the Leadership Team, and Business Unit Heads.
Build leadership pipelines and succession plans for critical positions across the Group.
Identify and plan future talent requirements to support busines
