Key Responsibilities:
- Loyalty Program Configurations: Lead and manage advanced configurations related to points programs, tiered programs, loyalty programs, and partnered programs, ensuring they meet client specifications.
- BRD Analysis: Expertly analyze and interpret Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) to ensure all configurations align with business and client needs.
- Requirement Gathering Communication: Collaborate closely with project managers and clients to gather and clarify detailed requirements for configuration tasks, providing guidance and recommendations.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Lead and oversee the testing and validation of configurations, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and compliance with best practices before the go-live phase.
- API: Understand wrapping complex APIs into internal products, ensuring seamless functionality and support for various configurations.
- Go-Live Leadership: Manage the entire configuration process, including troubleshooting and final implementation, ensuring a smooth transition to the go-live phase.
- Process Improvement:



Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and enhancement of configuration practices, contributing to the development of best practices.
- Mentorship Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior configuration specialists, fostering their professional development and ensuring high-quality work output.
- Documentation Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations and provide detailed reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in managing complex configurations for internal products, including points programs, tiered programs, loyalty programs, and partnered program setups.
- Advanced understanding of API concepts,
- Solid experience with Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and the ability to translate complex business needs into detailed technical requirements.
