About the Role:
We’re looking for a data-obsessed, result-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to scale our growth across ecommerce marketplaces. You will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of all paid initiatives on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Blinkit, and more. If ROAS, CTR, ACoS, and CPC excite you, this role has your name on it.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace Ad Strategy & Execution
Own and execute end-to-end paid media strategy for Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Q-Commerce, etc.
Manage campaign structures including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Display Ads, and Demand-Side Platforms (DSP)
Plan, launch, monitor, and optimise ad campaigns to meet sales and efficiency goals (ROAS, TACoS, ACoS)
Build always-on as well as seasonal promotion calendars and budget allocations
Plan and execute Google, Meta Ad campaigns in collaboration with the channel
Analytics & Optimization
Regularly deep dive into campaign performance, keyword analysis, category trends
Run A/B tests on creative, copy, targeting and bids to drive incremental efficiency




Track and report daily/weekly performance metrics, insights and improvement plans
Collaborate with marketplace KAMs for backend support and ad credits
Conversion & Listing Optimisation
Coordinate with content and design teams to continuously optimize product listings, A+ content, and brand stores
Analyze share of voice, search rank, and page performance to refine listing strategy
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with category, brand teams to align objectives with campaign strategy
Stay updated with platform-specific ad innovations and pilot recent ad formats, tools, and beta programs
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for marketplaces
Proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, and Nykaa
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with fluency in ecommerce, KPIs and reporting tools
Comfort working in a fast-paced D
