Role Overview
We are looking for a talented Architect with strong Revit expertise to work on large-scale Commercial, Residential, and Mixed-Use developments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in architectural design, BIM modeling, construction documentation, and multidisciplinary coordination across all project stages.
Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural designs and BIM models using Revit for large-scale Commercial, Residential, and Mixed-Use projects.
Prepare concept, schematic, design development, and construction documentation.
Coordinate with Structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure clash-free project delivery.
Produce accurate working drawings, detailed documentation, and BIM deliverables.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and project standards.
Participate in design reviews, client meetings,



and consultant coordination meetings.
Support project delivery from concept through construction stages.
Maintain BIM standards and ensure quality, accuracy, and timely project deliverables.
Required Skills
Robust proficiency in Autodesk Revit (mandatory).
Good knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM workflows.
Experience in architectural detailing and construction documentation.
Understanding of multidisciplinary coordination and project lifecycle.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet project deadlines.
Preferred Experience
Experience working on large-scale Commercial, Residential, and Mixed-Use developments.
Exposure to BIM coordination, clash detection, and consultant management.
Knowledge of Navisworks, SketchUp, Photoshop, or other visualization tools will be an added advantage.
