Role Objective
Support business growth in Gujarat by driving demand generation, farmer engagement, dealer marketing, product promotions, lead generation, and state-level marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Build market demand and support sales growth through effective marketing initiatives.
Plan & coordinate field marketing activities, exhibitions, seminars & awareness programs.
Coordinate ATL and BTL marketing activities across Gujarat.
Manage vendors, agencies, content creators, event partners, and other service providers.
Develop and manage marketing collaterals including brochures, leaflets, banners, presentations, videos, and promotional materials.
Generate leads through marketing activities, ensure proper tracking through CRM.
Support digital marketing initiatives, social media campaigns, WhatsApp campaigns, and online promotions.
Drive dealer marketing programs to increase engagement and business development.
Execute product promotion campaigns and support new product launches.
Create local marketing content in Gujarati through self or external vendors.




Gather market intelligence on competitors, customer trends, and business opportunities.
Support development and execution of state-level marketing strategies.
Prepare reports, dashboards, PowerPoint presentations, proposals, and campaign performance summaries.
Coordinate closely with sales teams, dealers, distributors, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of marketing plans.
Qualifications
Graduate.
MBA in Marketing / Agri-Business is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience: 1–4 years of experience in Agri Marketing/ Rural Marketing/ Digital Marketing

Good planning, coordination, and execution capabilities.
Ability to work with farmers, dealers, vendors, and sales teams.
Content creation and marketing communication skills.
