Job Summary
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic customer relationships to drive business growth. The role focuses on acquiring and handling key accounts in residential, commercial, industrial, and government projects while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including builders, developers, architects, consultants, contractors, government departments, and infrastructure companies.




Identify new business opportunities and generate project leads.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and client meetings.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close high-value sales.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure timely project execution.
Monitor customer requirements and provide appropriate product solutions.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Track ongoing projects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM or sales reports.
Participate in exhibitions, trade events, and networking activities to expand business opportunities.
Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and industry trends.
Required Qualifications
3–8 years of experience in Key Account Management, Project Sales, or B2B Sales.
