Who You Are
You're an experienced engineering leader who has built and scaled high-performing engineering teams while delivering complex software platforms from concept to production. You thrive at the intersection of technical leadership, product strategy, and execution,



helping teams solve challenging engineering problems while maintaining a strong focus on customer outcomes.
You have a strong background in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, AI platforms, or enterprise software. You're comfortable making architectural decisions, mentoring engineers, driving engineering excellence, and collaborating across product, design, customer success, and leadership teams.
You're product-minded and understand that every technical decision impacts scalability, reliability, developer experience, and customer success. You enjoy working in fast-moving environments where ownership, execution, and innovation go hand in hand.
