What You Will Do

Lead end-to-end solution design for pharmaceutical and life-sciences clients
Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable architectures
Collaborate with product, engineering, QA and client teams to ensure on-time delivery
Provide technical thought leadership and mentorship to junior architects and developers
Drive proof-of-concepts, feasibility studies, and performance tuning initiatives
Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11, GMP)

Requirements

Must Have





2-5 years of consulting or industry experience in pharma, life sciences, or related sectors
Bachelor's in Chemical, Mechanical or Biotechnology Engineering (or closely related)
Demonstrated track record of architecting enterprise-grade software solutions
Robust understanding of manufacturing workflows, validation processes and regulatory needs
Excellent communication skills—able to present complex designs to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Experience & Sourcing Targets

Nice to Have

Industry pedigree: candidates currently or formerly at Cipla, Dr. Reddy's, Pfizer, Novartis, etc
Consulting backgrounds: life-sciences practice at PwC, KPMG, McKinsey, BCG or similar
Experience working with digital validation platforms, LIMS integrations or process-management tools
