Job Summary
Bahwan Cybertek is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cyber Security Analyst/Associate with 1–3 years of experience in cybersecurity compliance and audit support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience supporting SOC 2 audits and a foundational understanding of information security frameworks. Exposure to HITRUST frameworks (e1, i1, r2) and the MyCSF platform will be considered an added advantage. The role involves supporting compliance initiatives, security assessments, audit coordination, and risk management activities across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Support the organization’s cybersecurity compliance initiatives with a primary focus on SOC 2 Type 2 audits.
Assist in implementing and maintaining security policies, controls, and compliance documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors during audit preparation and evidence collection activities.
Perform gap assessments and track remediation activities related to SOC 2 compliance requirements.
Support security risk assessments and follow up on remediation tasks.




Maintain audit artifacts, control evidence, and compliance records.
Monitor security and compliance requirements to help ensure adherence to applicable standards and regulations.
Assist in preparing compliance reports, dashboards, and security metrics for management review.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve security processes and compliance posture.
Support third-party/vendor security assessment activities when required.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, Information Technology, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in Information Security, Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), or cybersecurity audit support roles.
Mandatory experience supporting or participating in SOC 2 Type 2 audits.
Basic understanding of security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, HIPAA, etc.
