We’re seeking a Senior Manager - APAC to join our People Office team and drive the delivery of best-in-class team member benefits across APAC, with a particular focus on India, Philippines, Australia and China, as well as other key APAC countries. APAC Advantages Strategy & Governance

Develop and execute a comprehensive APAC benefits strategy aligned with the organization’s global benefits philosophy, talent strategy, and business objectives.
Provide strategic leadership and subject matter expertise across APAC markets, ensuring appropriate balance between global consistency and local market needs.
Establish and maintain regional benefits governance, policies, processes, and standards.
Identify opportunities to simplify, harmonize, modernize,



and enhance benefits programs across the region.
Partner with Global Benefits leadership on the development and implementation of a global perks framework and operating model.
Monitor emerging market trends, legislative changes, team member expectations, and competitive practices to inform future benefits strategies.

Program Design & Optimization

Lead the design, evaluation, and ongoing optimization of health, welfare, retirement, savings, wellbeing, leave, and other team member benefits programs across APAC.
Assess existing programs to ensure they are competitive, financially sustainable, and aligned with team member needs.
Develop recommendations and business cases for program enhancements, harmonization, and cost optimization.
Support global benefits initiatives and M&A; activity, including due diligence, integration planning, program harmonization, and transition activities.
