Job Summary

The Director - Software Engineering is responsible for leading the design, development, delivery, and continuous evolution of the MADTECH.AI platform. This role provides strategic and technical leadership to multiple engineering teams responsible for building scalable, secure, cloud-native B2B SaaS products.

The ideal candidate is an accomplished engineering leader with deep expertise in software architecture, cloud platforms, AI-enabled applications, data engineering, DevOps, and contemporary engineering practices. This individual will build high-performing engineering teams, establish engineering excellence, drive innovation, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products while working closely with Product Management, AI/ML, Data Engineering, QA, Customer Success, and Business leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Engineering Strategy & Technology Leadership
Define and execute the engineering strategy aligned with the organization's business and product objectives.
Establish engineering standards, architectural principles, coding best practices,



and software development governance.
Drive technology modernization and adoption of emerging technologies including AI, Generative AI, cloud-native platforms, and automation.
Develop long-term technology roadmaps to ensure scalability, maintainability, and security.

Software Engineering Leadership
Lead multiple engineering teams responsible for backend, frontend, platform engineering, integrations, and DevOps.
Ensure successful delivery of high-quality software products within timelines and budget.
Oversee software architecture, technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
Drive engineering productivity through Agile delivery methodologies and engineering metrics.

Architecture & Platform Engineering
Provide technical leadership for scalable microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Guide architectural decisions across cloud infrastructure, APIs, data platforms, AI ser
