Role Overview
We are looking for a Fashion Project Manager to lead end-to-end visual content projects for global fashion brands. This is a hands-on role that combines project management, client communication, fashion quality assurance, and AI-enabled content production.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality visual content. Beyond managing projects, you should be comfortable contributing as an individual contributor whenever required generating and reviewing AI visual content, performing fashion quality checks, resolving production challenges,



and ensuring every deliverable meets client expectations, quality standards, and delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of fashion content projects, from client briefing through final delivery.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring clear, timely, and skilled communication.
Understand client briefs, brand guidelines, styling requirements, and quality expectations, and translate them into clear execution plans for internal teams.
Coordinate cross-functional teams — including AI production, creative, quality control, production, and technology — to ensure seamless project execution.
Plan, monitor, and manage project timelines, priorities, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring agreed turnaround times (TATs) are consistently met.
