As we continue to strengthen our presence in India, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and further develop our marketing function in the local market. This is a unique prospect to make a real impact by strengthening our brand, supporting commercial growth and contributing directly to the continued expansion of Klimas in one of our most promising markets.
Working closely with colleagues in India and our headquarters in Poland, you will translate business objectives into effective marketing initiatives that increase brand visibility, generate demand and support long-term business success.
This role offers the opportunity to influence both strategic direction and day-to-day marketing activities, making a visible contribution to the future growth of Klimas in India.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
Strengthen Klimas' brand awareness and positioning across the Indian market.
Identify market opportunities and support business growth within the construction, infrastructure, railway, metro and industrial sectors.
Conduct market, competitor and pricing analyses to support strategic business decisions.
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, including digital marketing, exhibitions, technical seminars and customer events.
